I have bought 3 bikes from the team at Echelon and they are always happy to help and cant do enough for you. I am not gifted technically and Tim and the team always explain everything you need to know in detail.The last bike purchased was via the cycle to work scheme and the whole process was really easy and straight forward.I cant praise the Echelon team enough - they are excellent!

I had my bike set up by Neill Williamson at the shop in early January, my left knee had been hurting really badly so I thought it was time to get the bike and me looked at. Neill really went to town measuring and checking me and the bike, he even denetfied that a tight muscle in leg was causing the problem so after some serious manipulation a some sound advice I have done 5 rides with no problems at all.Can't thanks you enough and would highly recommend this service and the shop.Nice coffee, friendly atmosphere and sound advice, couldn't ask for any more.Dave K
This is a high-end shop catering for enthusiasts and the well-heeled. Because of this, they stock only high-quality and high-priced items. They don't cater for the ride-to-work cyclist so much. So, it depends on who you are and what you want. If you want nothing but the best and a good chat with experts, this is the place for you. If you want brake blocks for your inexpensive road bike at sensible prices, go elsewhere.
