I write this reluctantly as the garage has decided to ignore me, so I can only give this a very honest and negative review. I have since noticed from various feedback about this dealership, on different sites, that I am not the only one to have been ignored once sale has gone through. We purchased a car from this garage at the end of 2016, took out a finance on it. Sales team were lovely at the time of sale ( obviously, as we were helping to meet their targets!) we were asked "how much deposit can you pay, as that will bring the interest down" we stated our amount and we were asked if we "could raise it to 400?", so we did. We were told that this amount was to hold the car whilst work was being done on the locking system/key unit and that the deposit amount would reflect on our finance.2 years on, all payments to finance via direct debit, we decided to login to the finance online portal to get a settlement figure, only to find that Pershore motor group never applied the 400 deposit to our finance!I politely queried this to 'Ash' who I was transferred to on the phone. His first response was "my colleague passed you over to me as he didn't know what you were getting at', then he said he would sort it for me if I could email him with the proof of payment and the proof of zero deposit amount showing on the finance portal (which we did), then he called me back from a mobile number the same day but when I asked who it was he wasn't quite sure who I was or why he had called me, then he proceeded to say he would be having a meeting with the manager the following day to discuss and get back to me - well, nothing. I then proceeded to ask for an update from Ash - no reply, not a single ounce of customer care or acknowledgment. As a previous manager in a multi-million pound business, I think basic customer service skills training required.I then raised an investigation with the finance company and contacted the Financial Conduct Authority who are now waiting on the finance company's outcome on an investigation before they follow this up themselves, so my review is not based on the finance company or the FCA, my review is based on the service that we have received from the dealership. I obtained the email addresses of the company owner and the accountant from the Financial Conduct Authority, so I sent the string of emails that I had previously sent to 'Ash', over to them. The accountant ( Stephen) came back and acknowledged my email and seemed very polite and helpful. he told me that the owner had flu and they would look into it last week. since the email from Stephen, I received an email from a manager called 'Andy' who basically told me that he had looked into it and that he could see from an invoice on their side that the 400 was for an extended warranty. ok, so here are the issues that I then went back to 'Andy' with ( I copied in Stephen and the owner also) ;1) please, simply, send us a copy of the invoice as we were never given that - we only have a copy of the warranty stating that it's for 1 year but there is no receipt attached. I asked for this because, surely, if they can provide an ORIGINAL invoice ( which they, legally, have to keep on file) and that states 400 for extended warranty, then I can simply call Driver Care (warranty provider) and ask them what the cost of the warranty was and they should say 400 and then, Bingo, we can put it down to the salesman giving customers misleading/false information and move on.2) I also asked the team in my reply, why we were specifically asked how much of a deposit we could come up with/pay to hold the car and why we were told it would reflect on our finance? because if, as Andy says, it was the price of an added product ( extended warranty) then, one would think that a product's price is the set price and that it would be a question of "would you like to extended your warranty for 1 year - the cost is 400?"Surprise, Surprise, no response from anyone as of yet - not even with the, so say, invoice that 'Andy' was referring to as 'proof'.

Normally had great experiences, but the car I just purchased was missing a service history, any warranty info and the vital SD card needed to use the navigation system! Will be calling to chase an SD card replcamenent today and hope to bump up the review score afterwards.
