She sent me a picture of the flowers and they are exactly what you suggested and we agreed on the telephone- jewel colours my friends favourites not Autumn colours as would be easy at this time. My friend is over the moon with this unexpected pick me up. Shes like many, waiting and waiting for a hip op struggling sheroically with pain. Just rang to place an order and asked if a person by name (who I remember was a very good florist in Pershore) worked there. I was told no we are the decent ones !!I rang back and said if she had not been so rude I would have placed an order. I will try another more civil florist.
