I've just had my curtains washed for 30 pounds to get a few stains out. After waiting nearly a week they came back exactly the same as when I last had it. I was very disappointed at the quality. It only took me a cloth and hot water to get rid of the stains and for 30 pounds I was hoping they'd be able to do that
I mislaid a dry-cleaned curtain; when I came to hang the curtains the pair had clearly been too heavy to be on one hanger but I had thought it was the pair.So looking everywhere I thought we perhaps had not collected the second of the pair. They were so kind and patient at Elite.Today I rang to tell them I found the curtain, it was under the cat..at home ( what am I like ).Anyway whilst hunting for the curtain for me they had located a tablecloth for someone else which had been hung amongst the curtains rather than put with the tablecloths. Thank you Elite for your customer care.
Good service. Prices ok. A bit slow turnaround but otherwise great.
Explained that I absolutely needed my suit by Thursday PM as going on holiday. Guess what- Thurs Pm no suit! Driver had forgotten to call! Had to go back on Fri Am - on way to holiday destination! Not good
