Very friendly home from home atmosphere. good very good especially if you have a big appetite.
Let's talk about the steak, reason for visiting, partner was convinced it has been boiled, I weren't sure, we Asked for 2 well done sirloin steaks, and they were medium at a push, not even edible. Don't recommend steak if u go there, we won't be going back.
In view of the review made by Denis Riordan he was very rude to landlady and Landlord and interfering in customer private conversation. We were present when he made rude remarks to the landlady. We frequent this pub at least twice a week excellent standard of food and service. Very friendly and make you most welcome. If there is a problem they cannot do enough to rectify it and they go above and beyond for their customers
